I am a Designer from Paris with +20 years of experience mostly dedicated to lead creative teams.
I graduated with a Master of Art Direction and Communication Strategy at ESAG Met de Penninghen in Paris in 2002 and started my career working for fashion magazines as both of my parents where working in the press world. Design is a family story.
I designed fashion magazines, then corporate magazines and all kind of editorial materials, worked as a product design for various branding companies where I designed identities, logos, shops interior design cosmetics products. 
As a freelance I focused on my passion for electronic music creating identities or online and offline medias for records labels and clubs while working also for agencies like DDBA, TBWA as an Art Director.
I started my UX journey in 2010 as head of UX for e-commerce brands like Birchbox, Sarenza and Galeries Lafayette.
In 2015 I started a position of creative director at Publicis.
As a creative director my job was to lead a team dedicated to UX Design, Research, UI, Marketing, Social Media and digital Advertising but also to win new clients for the agency conceiving and presenting C-level RFP's pitch. position. 
Oracle asked me to join the ECEMEA Experience team in Paris where I started in 2019 and helped change the Sales organization, infusing customer centricity and creating experiences for clients like KSA, Deutsche Bahnhof, Inditex, BBVA, Galeries Lafayette, Bev Indev, Wolksvagen, L'oréal, SNCF... created numerous experiences and helped change the Fusion Cloud Saas implementing Redwood  and designing design operationsfor a shared service center dedicated to UX in Romania.
Going back to Barcelona in 2023 I am leading a +30 team of UX Researchers and Designers servicing Search, Data Analytics, Content & Insights and Workflows B2B softwares.
Alltogether I have a 360° vision of what a product, brand or service needs to come to live and make a difference in the competitors landscape.
