I led and participate in the creative direction of galerieslafayette.com (responsive website and native app) keeping it aligned to its omni-channel strategy and helped to maintain Galeries Lafayette identity and values to ensure alignment with the business goals and position Galeries Lafayette as the prescriptive fashion one-stop shopping experience for luxury marketplace offer.

- Team management, design operations, process engineering, backlog and work flow organization and prioritization of a team of 9 ICs with squads by features (UX researchers and designers, UI designers and front end developers)

- Design solutions to create and iterate in an agile mode wireframes and design solutions, from exploration, testing and iterations up to hand over final designs and documentations to developers.

- Outsourcing and interface with freelance and/or third part agencies. Make sure every projects are on time, budget and within Galeries Lafayette vision and business strategy.

- Exploration, ideation and production of innovative digital applications for omnichannel Galeries Lafayette shopping seamless experiences and strategy. User centricity clients interviews for constant feedback, customers journeys mapping, identification of highs and lows, pain points and definition of opportunities.

- Work closely with products owners to define personas, customer journeys and user flows aligned with best practices and interactions. Benchmark of innovations and latests trends to define the strategy.
Co creation; with stakeholders within the marketing department, data analyst, marketing and sales team, etc… Holistic approach; identify possible optimization and industrialization, both online and offline.
